We are looking for an Inclusion Team Lead to join the West Region team.
The Inclusion Team Lead works with volunteers and teams to influence inclusive practices and embed inclusion into everyday Scouting activities. Responsibilities include delivering engaging learning sessions on key inclusion topics, responding to regional inclusion challenges, and bridging the gap between national guidance and local teams. The role involves working with the national inclusion team and local leads to ensure Scouting is truly focused on improving the experience for all volunteers and young people.
