Brace yourselves for a week of exploration\, excitement\, and earning badges! Cubs will explore the hills and conquer the waters of Scout Adventures Lochgoilhead. Sailing\, abseiling\, high ropes\, paddle sports – you name it\, they’ll do it\, all under the expert guidance of qualified instructors and the watchful eye of our experienced volunteer team. \nWhat to Expect?You can expect indoor accommodation\, three hearty meals a day from our professional catering team\, and:Loads of opportunities to try new activities and achieve badges.Lots of fresh air and outdoor adventure.New friends and unforgettable memories.It’s an adventure you won’t want to miss! \nTravel to ScotJamSubject to demand we plan on having coaches depart from Aberdeen\, Dundee\, Perth\, Stirling\, Glasgow\, Edinburgh\, & Inverness to Scout Adventures Lochgoilhead. We’ll confirm the details of all coaches and cost in due course. \nJoin the ScotJam TeamScotJam is not possible with out incredible volunteers\, who are responsible for aspects of programme delivery and pastoral care. For full details and to register\, please visit the original event page: https://scouts.scot/event/wild-adventure-days-4/ \nJoin us for our Wild Adventure Days which are available for all children from P1 – P7 (5 -12)\, whether your child is already a member of Scouts or not.\nBased on adventure\, fun & challenge\, our Wild Adventure days take place at our Scout Adventure Fordell Firs activity centre\, located on the outskirts of Dunfermline\, just five minutes from the new Queensferry crossing. \nWild Adventure Days Schedule\n6th\, 7th\, 8th\, 9th\, 10th\, 13th\, 14th\, 15th\, 16th\, 17th July 2026\nDrop off between 9:00am – 9:30am / Pick up between 4pm – 4:30pm \nWho can come?\nOpen to all\, aged 5-12.\nIf your child has any additional needs it is important that you call the centre to chat these through in more detail. We will always try our hardest to work with parents and young people to accommodate their time with us as best we can. \nCosts are £40 per child \nFood\, drink & clothing\nPlease supply your child with a packed lunch and bottle of water for each day.\nDue to the time of year\, please dress your child appropriately for the weather forecast each day. \nTerms and conditions\nBefore you book please download and read our Terms and Conditions. The Parent and Cub camp is a great opportunity to have fun\, get outdoors and enjoy spending quality family time together.You’ll get to experience loads of fun outdoor activities in a stunning rural setting\, away from tablets\, mobile phone notifications and screens!Your stay will be supported by a friendly staff team\, who will make you feel welcome\, included and can help with any camping questions. \nWhat should I bring?The weekend is fully catered so participants just need to turn up with their camping kit and a two-person tent for sleeping under the stars. \nPVG disclosurePlease note that any adults attending the camp need to have had an enhanced disclosure secured by the Scout Association in the form of membership of the PVG Scheme\, and this can take up to six weeks to clear so please apply soon! \nHow do I book?Bookings are now open! Please fill in the form below to secure your spot: \nParent & Cup Camp Booking form – Word Doc format \nParent & Cup Camp Booking form – PDF formatThe cost of the event is £120 per pair. Upon booking you’ll be asked to pay a £60 deposit (per pair).Your group leader will need to sign a booking form regarding your PVG. This process can take at least six weeks.
