ScotJam: Beavers is open to all Beaver Colonies across Scotland. Join us at Scout Adventures Lochgoilhead for a brilliant Beaver adventure full of outdoor activities\, badges and lots of fun.You can choose to experience the excitement of ScotJam in a single\, action-packed day or over the course of a weekend!  Whichever adventure you choose Beavers will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of fund outdoor activities. \nArchery \nTomahawk Throwing \nClimbing \nPaddleboarding \nFire Lighting \nShelter/Den Building \nHaggis Hunting \nChoose your adventure …One-Day Experience:  Choose to either join us on the Saturday or Sunday for a fun-filled day of outdoor activities like archery and climbing.  Beavers will achieve their My Adventure Challenge badge and experience the thrill of ScotJam in a single action-packed day.  Please bring a packed lunch\, or pre-order one (booking information will be announced soon).Weekend Adventure:  Immerse in outdoor fun from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.  Beavers will achieve their My Outdoors and My Adventure Challenge badges.  Enjoy archery\, climbing\, campfires\, and more.  A complete ScotJam experience\, creating lasting memories.  Your Weekend Adventure is fully catered\, and you’ll be staying in indoor accommodation.If a full weekend away is too much for your Beavers\, please contact the Scout Adventures Lochgoilhead Team to discuss alternative arrival and departure times: lochgoilhead@scouts.scot.Please note that we are unable to accept bookings from individual Beavers. \nCost & How to Book?For any questions about ScotJam: Beavers\, please contact the ScotJam Team at scotjam@scouts.scot. For full details and to register\, please visit the original event page: https://scouts.scot/event/beaver-picnic-at-meggernie-2/ \nAbout the event \nCalling all Beaver Leaders … \nWould you like a day out with your Beavers?Come to Meggernie Outdoor Centre and join our Beaver Picnic. \nAbout the eventScout Adventures Meggernie is running another Beaver Picnic event for Beaver Leaders to bring their colonies to. During the day Beavers will participate in a series of activities based on the 6 Beaver challenge badges\, have the opportunity to meet other Beavers and explore Meggernie and its surroundings.The picnic will begin at 11am – registration will open at 10.30am. The event will finish at 3.45pm. Cost of the day will be £6 per Beaver to include activities\, juice and biscuits and a Meggernie Badge to help remind them of their day. Tea and coffee will also be available throughout the day for the supporting adults (donations towards this will be most welcome!) \nAll participants will be required to bring the following: \nA picnic \nSuntan lotion and a sun hat \nWaterproofs \nA full change of clothes \nA plastic cup \nHow to bookPlease contact Judith to book. An invoice giving details for BACS payment will then be emailed out.
